AIOS
A digital employee.
Under your direction.
AIOS is Sircle’s digital employee, being developed to carry out defined work under human direction. ComplianceIQ is its first specialized role, focused on healthcare document and compliance workflows.

The project in progress.
Vision. Progress. Next steps.
- 01 Goal
- Develop a digital employee that helps teams carry out defined tasks, with specialized roles, clear responsibilities, and human review.
- 02 Technologies
- The current implementation uses Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, React, Vite, and Docker.
- 03 Development approach
- Incremental implementation, explicit contracts, and bounded validation before expanding a workflow’s scope.
- 04 Technical direction
- A modular digital-employee architecture with role-specific workflows, a human-facing workspace, and boundaries around AI-assisted actions.
- 05 Verified progress
- Backend and browser implementations exist, alongside automated test suites, container definitions, and documented release gates.
- 06 Testing
- Internal work includes backend, frontend, and security-contract checks. Those checks do not establish production readiness.
- 07 Next milestone
- Complete outstanding database acceptance and operational readiness work before considering a controlled private pilot.
- 08 Status
- In development. No public application access or launch date announced; scope may evolve as validation continues.
THE DESIGN INTENT
One digital employee.
Specialized roles.
AIOS is the digital employee; ComplianceIQ is its first specialized role. The ambition is to support defined work with inspectable decisions and human oversight. These capabilities are being developed, not presented as fully available.
- 01
Define the boundary
Make the task, user responsibility, and permitted scope explicit.
- 02
Keep decisions visible
Design for inspectable information and deliberate human review.
- 03
Validate before expanding
Use evidence to decide when a workflow is ready for its next stage.
